Artwork Guidelines

Terra Tag name badges:

• Artwork must measure exactly 7.4 cm x 10.4 cm and can be portrait or landscape orientation

• Account for a space for neck cord holes of 1.4 cm from top and 2.9 cm wide

• Include a light grey (10% black) 0.25 pt outline.

• Artwork not to included rounded corners

• Do not include bleed or crop lines

• Maximum 35% coverage of spot colour

• InDesign, JPEG, PDF, PNG files accepted

• 300 dpi to 2,400 dpi (600 dpi prints well)

• Front and back designs provided in different files

If you would like us to insert guest names into your artwork, provide:

• Guest names in a spreadsheet with ‘first name’ in column A, ‘last name’ in column B, ‘company name’ in column C etc.

• Two front page designs provided in different files:

  • one without guest details

  • one with example guest details as you’d like them displayed

• The font family, size and colour for guest and company names

When providing print-ready artwork with guest names inserted:

• The artwork must adhere to the above guidelines and be correctly sized with 8 name badges placed on each A4 page

• To be provided as a PDF file
