The second run (closer to the event date) captures latecomers & last minute changes. Then we sort & pack in the order of your guest list — so check-in is fast & you can breathe easy.

Great question! Our process is designed to be flexible. If you need a custom invoice or have questions before you start, we're here to help. The process is simple:
We're always happy to answer any general questions about our products, capabilities, or timelines.
The moment you ask us to begin bespoke work on your specific files (like reviewing artwork, creating a proof, or formatting your guest list), the project is officially considered engaged.
At that point, to be fair to all our clients and to book your project into our studio, a 50% booking deposit (non-refundable) is required. We’ll provide an invoice to get started.
This ensures your project gets our full attention and your spot in our production schedule is locked in.
